Relocation

Parents/legal custodians are required to notify the court and thus the other party of an intended relocation. If the relocation will impact the parties' timeshare arrangement, the court will determine if the the child should move, looking at the child's best interests. The parties may agree also to the the move and what will be the new timeshare arrangement.  Having an experienced family lawyer from Monzingo Law Office can help you make the best case for the child to relocate or not and to create a manageable timeshare schedule if the relocation occurs.
